The "TO", "CC" and "BCC" in Emails and When to Reply

These three appear to be so dynamic acronyms to many and often are missunderstood in communications. The EMAIL provides us with 3 options that is; To, CC and BCC. This means you can;
1) To - Write messages to individual contacts - Put the email address here if it is for their attention and action.
2) Cc: (Carbon Copy) - Write to a group (Open) -  Put the email address(es) here if you are sending a copy for their information (and you want everyone to explicitly see this).
3) Bcc: (Blind Carbon Copy) - Broadcast the Message (Privacy) -  Put the email address here if you are sending them a Copy and you do not want the other recipients to see that you sent it to this contact.
If you select to write to a group of contacts, all messages are shared to all members in the contact list including the full list of participants of the chat that is; the "To" and "CC" Everyone else sees the email address of all other contacts on list as added by the original sender.
"BCC" is like a radio broadcast, you can not tell who is listening to the same channel you're tuned to meaning that contact information are not shared. While you will still send the same message to everyone on the list, each individual contact on the list does not see if someone else got the same message as well.
BCC in emails takes care of privacy, so that the email address of each recipient of the email is not shared in each individual email.
When you send an email, you can use both CC and BCC in the same message.
But when you are to respond;
To - When the mail is addressed to you, you MUST respond by all means to the email.
CC - Its not a must that you must respond to the mail when you are in the "cc" otherwise its just "FYI" type of mail
BCC - If you to respond, make sure you avoid the "Reply all" option by all means, your response should specific to the sender.
